Meet Marc Sammelman – founder & owner of Attic Man (previously known as Flagler Foam). In 2011, Marc was a husband, father and firefighter working tirelessly to make ends meet. The need and desire to provide more for his family financially drove him to take a second job installing insulation. This is where he discovered his passion not so much for installing insulation, but for increasing home values for families and making them healthier and more energy-efficient. He saw firsthand the risks that can come with unhealthy air quality and the inconvenience of high energy bills. That's why, with the knowledge and experience he gained, Marc started Flagler Foam in 2011. With hundreds of satisfied homeowners and builders, Flagler Foam grew with success. In 2020, Marc rebranded the company to “Attic Man” to reach a broader customer base with a broader list of services addressing each area of expertise.
